We have an ERP system and it does our receivables today, why would we now want a bolt on product?

All customers have receivables as part of their ERP systems, however generally they don’t address the intricacies that collections present where the customer relationship is at stake, the handling of disputes on accounts, the ability to ensure friendly and repetitive reminders escalating to legal letters and in ensuring your team are being measured inside the system – not on call activity but cash delivered.

We don’t have a delinquency issue?

That’s great!! However, as interest rates are impacting consumers and business you may have to review and alter what you provision for bad debts. This will impact your profits today or worse, will increase the costs of collecting your revenue tomorrow.

We don’t have the appetite to undergo a large systems project?

Our RMS system does not require large systems overhauls, it uses your existing data and sits across the relevant systems by taking feeds; it is not a large scale systems project. Typical implementation is 3 months once we get started.

Does your RMS system have reporting and documentation?

Our RMS system has reporting and full documentation capability, from our system you can generate all customer correspondence and keep an imaged audit trail of all interactions. If you ever run into disputes everything is at your fingertips.

We use collections agencies for chasing our debts, isn’t it cheaper?

It depends on the amount of debt you are giving to agencies and when in the aging process you are giving it to them and what your paying to collect your own revenue. We have a simulator and can add these variables to show you the ROI.

We use an automated dialer; does your RMS system work with a predictive dialler?

Yes it works in a dialler environment but can also handle ‘special cases’ manually if they are selected as such.
