IOOF Limited identified a niche market segment in fulfilling the needs of Generation Y for managed funds and superannuation. The channel to market was to be a combination of telephony and a targeted online portal.

Phoenix was engaged from functional requirements, technical requirements, site development, testing and continue to host and support this internet application.

This project delivered Australia’s first online superannuation portal for potential customers to apply, switch funds, purchase insurance products and redeem funds.

Phoenix delivered this project from inception to production over a 9 month period employing AGILE methodology and Java including the use supporting Content Management Systems. We did all this and delivered the final drop of software to the client with no defects.
