Using Captell, Phoenix will create and deliver Reporting solutions for customer processes offering an end to end automated solution with Captell managing all aspects of reporting from data collection and collation through to analysis, charting and document production and publication.
The alliance follows the successful sale and implementation by Phoenix Consulting of Captell Enterprise Reporting to RioTinto. This allowed Rio Tinto’s Shared Service Group to automate its Management Reporting requirements dramatically reducing effort and improving overall report quality.
The collaboration between Captell and Phoenix will provide clients a more powerful, comprehensive suite of consulting and technology services with Captell Developments able to work with Phoenix’s large existing Top 200 corporate cliental and Phoenix able to promote both the Captell Desktop and Enterprise solution to all Australian businesses requiring Management Reporting.
